THE HANGOVER PART II by Todd Phillips

the hangover part II - embitterment level - disappointment level
The boys are back – this time they are let loose in Bangkok, and hilarity is guaranteed when Phil, Stu and Allen (Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis) wake up in a hotel room and can’t remember what happened last night. And Teddy (Mason Lee) is missing. The trio follows their own traces to find out what happened last night, to find Teddy and to make it back to their resort for Stu’s (Ed Helms) wedding in time.
Sounds familiar? Then you probably have seen The Hangover. More remake than sequel, The Hangover II is more of the same (even down to another – and this time pointless – cameo of Mike Tyson), just meaner and – let’s face it – it’s not as funny as it used to be. If you are planning a fun night in with friends, drinks and just one DVD, make it the original The Hangover rather than this disappointing sequel.
